Craig made his home in Amboseli National Park, where herds of elephants roam freely beneath the sun.
Craig was an African savanna elephant, the largest land animal on Earth.
But Craig was not just any elephant…

Craig was known as a “Super Tusker.”
This means his tusks were incredibly large, so long and heavy they nearly touched the ground as he walked.
Each tusk weighed more than 45 kilograms (100 pounds), and only a very small number of elephants in the world grow tusks this size.
